Medical Evacuation for any condition that is deemed to be life
threatening, as well as non-emergency consultation and treatment
for pre-authorised non-emergency treatment and procedures
Medical
Evacuation includes:

transfer from airport to hospital at destination

related to the emergency

Pre-authorised
non-emergency consultation and treatment for conditions where
the medical facilities do not exist in Zambia.
Maximum limit:
US$ 500,000 per individual per year

Accompanying
relative transported with patient

US$ 100 / day
accommodation and food allowance for parent accompanying child
under 16 years

Economy ticket
supplied for repatriation after completion of treatment related
to the emergency

Repatriation of
mortal remains - US$ 5,000 maximum
