MedAccess allows a member of any organisation, or who has insurance through any other insurance policy access to our network of services

  • Member details are kept on file for easy access in the event of an emergency:

  • Personal details

  • Passport details

  • Medical history

  • Next of kin details

  •  Services include:

  • Emergency control Centres in Lusaka and Kitwe 24 hours a day

  • Local Advanced Life Support Ambulance services to hospitals and clinic

  • Emergency medical response

  • Aero-medical evacuation

  • Medical accompaniment to South Africa or abroad

  • Medical appointments both locally and in South Africa

  • Guaranteed admissions to hospitals

  • Patient monitoring

  •  Medical bills will be forwarded to the client or clients insurance company as usual
     

  • A nominal fee of US$ 2,50 per person, per month is charged for access to any SES services
     

  • Ideal for:

  • Embassies and High Commissions with Government health and emergency cover

  • Individuals or families covered under foreign medical insurance policies

  • Businesses with expatriate staff covered under foreign medical insurance policies

  • NGO’s and Aid organisations with personnel in outlying areas
