Specialty
Emergency Services (SES) has been operating as an Advanced Life
Support (ALS) ambulance/ evacuation service since 1991. It is a
Zambian owned operation that has over the years proven itself in
emergency situations time and time again.
SES has a policy of “total quality management” which is reflected in
every division of the organization. The administration and
operations departments work closely together ensuring synergy and
ultimately more effective service to the client.
Over the years SES has established a comprehensive network of
contacts within Zambia, and has on many occasions worked with
neighbouring countries.
SES has an impressive communications network
which includes 7 Emergency 24 hour land lines, 24 hour monitored HF
radios, vehicle radios, satellite phones, fax lines, e-mail, and all
operational personnel carry mobile phones ensuring good
communications at all times.
We have an Assistance
branch in Johannesburg South Africa. This ensures holistic
monitoring or our clients both in Zambia and South Africa. Our
extensive contacts in South Africa ensure quick admission and
treatment of our patients into the finest A grade facilities.
Our staff are
all South African trained paramedics with Advanced Life Support
qualifications. All have extensive experience both as ALS provincial
service paramedics in South Africa, as well as international
experience working on fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
SES have made
it policy to keep up with current trends in the medical profession,
and upgrade our equipment when ever there is need. This policy has
ensured that SES is utilized by most international health care
service providers.
BASES
SES has 3 main bases in Zambia and a
Liaison Office in Johannesburg South Africa for client co-ordination and
